I stumbled across this gem of a website from TED where it has videos to show, explain, and demonstrate with the different elements from the periodic table. Fantastic!
There's also this dynamic periodic table you can interact with to learn more about the elements. This past summer, I took a trip to the island and made several stops on the way. One of them was to Cathedral Grove, just west of Coombs (Goats of Roofs!) on Vancouver Island. Of course...there were pictures
