Day 2:

The length of the chicken bones has not changed, though the width of the largest section of bone has increased.  As we discussed in class, this is probably due to the bones absorbing some of the water or vinegar and expanding slightly.

There is now some flexibility in the #2 bone near the ends.  The centre of the bone is still rigid.
