What a day! We got so much accomplished, and had FUN doing it!
Remember that you can check to make sure you divided correctly by multiplying the quotient (the answer in division) by the divisor (the number you are using to divide the dividend with). Don't forget to add in any remainders!
All the best,

- Multiplication practice with 2-digit by 2-digit (remember to drop that '0' when multiplying by the 10's place value!)
- Math games
- PIG - Each person rolls a die to determine who will go first. After that, two dice are used - roll and add the numbers together and add that sum to your mental total so far. IF you roll a '1' it is the next person's turn. If you roll 'snake eyes' (double 1s), you loose all of your points so far and it's the next person's turn
- Going to Boston (no idea why it's called this...) - you need three dice, pencil and paper (to keep track of the totals for each turn). Roll all three die and choose the highest number in the roll - se it aside. Repeat for the two dice remaining. Roll the last die. Add all of these numbers together for your turn total. Pass the dice to the next person.
- Add/Subtract/Multiply - you'll need two dice, pencil and paper. Roll the dice:
- Add the numbers together
- Subtract the smallest from the largest numbers
- Multiply the two numbers together
- Add ALL of your answers together
- Long division - remember that dad must shave beard, or that dangerous monkeys swipe bananas!
- Divide
- Multiply
- Subtract
- Bring down
